Ladies holding Lotus Vase

Inspired by the  stunning swimmers' scene on the Oundebaounded's silver cup, this decorative vase is both elegant and whimsical. A perfect accent for shelves or mantelpieces, or filled with seasonal flowers, each piece is unique.

Made from Aswan red clay, shaped on the wheel, with additional elements cut from raw clay slabs and applied. White clay decorations are painted onto the raw surface before being engraved. The piece undergoes an initial firing, followed by glazing the interior with an opaque blue finish before the second firing.
