Shipping and Delivery Policy
Please note that your ANUT order is hand packed and shipped from Egypt. Import duties and taxes are not included. These fees are set by your country’s customs office and may be charged when your order arrives.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation.
- All orders will be processed the next business day. Delays may occur during high order volumes, and we’ll notify you if that happens.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Unavailable.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier, or unforeseen delays.
- All Orders will be processed the next business day (please note that business days in Egypt are Sunday through Thursday).
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
4. International Shipping
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are not included and may be charged upon delivery, in accordance with the recipient’s country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships. Contact support if you don't receive it.
