- Change of Mind: We will accept returns if you change your mind about the purchase. In this case, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
- Damaged Items: We accept returns if the item you receive is damaged. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and if the item is damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Damage: To process your return, we require clear pictures of the damaged item as proof. Please send these photos to us along with your order details.
- Return Process: We will provide you with return shipping instructions. However, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense.
- No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for any reason. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to return the original item (either due to damage or a change of mind) and place a new order.
