Happy Hippo Big Jar

Inspired by the swimmers' scene on the Oundebaounded's silver cup, this decorative vessel is both elegant and playful. Perfect for display on shelves or on a coffee table, each piece is one of a kind.

Made from Aswan red clay, shaped on the wheel, with additional elements cut from raw clay slabs and applied. White clay decorations are painted onto the raw surface before being engraved. The piece undergoes an initial firing, followed by glazing the interior with an opaque blue finish before the second firing.
